Tanner Homes offers services in design & build, architectural design consultation, build-to-suit new construction, large scale remodels, lot acquisition, and project management. Owned and operated by Tanner Rivera - a second generation Builder, he personally manages each project from the beginning; starting with the design phase, throughout construction of the home, until move-in day. His love for architecture and inherent ability to incorporate design into functionality is the power behind creating a true original project and home. Tanner focuses on offering building industry upgrades as the standard in all of his homes. Tanner Homes has developed and built custom homes in the neighborhoods of Preston Hollow, Briarwood, and Lakewood.

 

His project styling consists mostly of Transitional features and design, however, continues to model new styles by blending the best of classic and modern architecture for a true original home.
